Our itineraries give the opportunith to know the Etna region, by crossing many meaningful areas from landscape and natural viewpoints, togheter;
Enjoyed on the long distance, as small stages across time, they are an appreciated occasion by excursion lovers and by those who love living in nature, in order to visit and move in a truly fascinating and evocative way.
An ancient and simple way to sample the magic places of our volcano, by travelling on trails on a rhythm given by donkeys' hoofs.

Excursions: these proposed itineraries want to reevaluate the silent paths, ancient forests, panoramic ridges, with the intention of salvage the dimension of space and time which do not belong to us anymore .nowadays. Our visitors on donkey's back will breath the magic atmosphere of the still intact panoramas on the Etna Park. Activities are intended for families, youngsters and adults. They included both walks of a few hours or multi-day itineraries with overnights in tents and shelters.

Itinerary 1 - Panoramic view

During this itinerary we will visit two old inactive craters, with a view of the 2002 lava flow and the largest tree on Mount Etna.

Itinerary 2 - Panoramic visit Valle Quarantore

Our itinerary will be on a cross country ski run (Poiana), located on the highest part of the Ragabo forest, and will arrive in the Valley Quarantore where a small river begins.

Itinerary 4 - Excursion day with barbecue at Timpa rossa shelter

Departure from our base camp, Piano Provenzana Etna Nord, Linguaglossa (maximum 9:30). Our guests may ride our donkeys only in exceptional cases, because our donkeys will need to carry our backpacks, water, food.
